This educational and cultural conference allows Lesbians and Gay men of color to come together in the name of healing, leaming, community and love. The structure of the conference follows a "holistic" approach to empowering our community. The four principles of identity, spirituality, health and family are all confluent in the development of a strong Lesbian or Gay man.

The theme of this year's Exchange is Broadening Our Expectations: Taking It to the Next Level. Workshops, forums and dialogues will challenge attendees to reach higher in their personal development goals, and increase the level of participation from those around them in that development.
